Molly Kitamura has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, 15 of which were as a sushi chef. She has worked and lived in nine countries around the world, including in South America, Europe, and Asia. Her love of tattoos and food gave her the inspiration to put this book together. Molly now lives in the US with her husband and her two French bulldogs, MrK and Chaja, and cooks for her family and friends.

John Agcaoili is a freelance photographer and the cofounder of Darkside of the Moon, a production company based in California’s Silicon Valley. He is an avid content creator and director of photography of the award-winning short film Reproach. John graduated from the Art Institute of San Francisco in 2010 with a degree in media arts and animation. He has lectured on cinematography and lighting at Adobe Systems. John’s signature photography style is clean, artful, and classic. Throughout the years, he has found inspiration in collaborating with some of the most influential artists of our generation.
